Job Description

Lead a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth and enhance our agency distribution network. Your leadership will be key to achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the agency channel.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
• Build strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
