Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Chennai team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue for HR Planning Network, an IT consulting firm with a solid industry presence. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience at the junior level.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit agents from the open market.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective agency management.
• Support the training and development of new agents.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports.
• Conduct field visits to maximize client engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing targets.
