Lead and guide a team of 10–12 employees, helping them meet monthly and yearly targets.
Ensure the team’s goals align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Join team members in the field to close deals and boost business.
Mentor front-line managers and advisors to help them succeed in their careers.

Candidate Profile: 
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of banking products and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preference given to local applicants.
