Roles and Responsibilities: 
Recruit business associates and advisors to expand the team.
Organize necessary training sessions to enhance skills.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with advisors for updates and support.
Establish monthly income targets and goals for the team.
Collaborate with advisors in the field to secure insurance policies.
Develop strategies to effectively target the right agents.
Train and mentor agents to support their professional growth.

Candidate Profile: 
Must have a graduation degree in any field.
1 to 2 years of sales and marketing experience with a record of hitting targets.
Local candidates are preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Age: 21 to 38 years.
Should enjoy working with a team and mentoring others.
