Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. To excel in this role, strong communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team are essential. Previous experience in a sales-related position is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and train new agents to build a strong sales team.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients.
• Ensure effective time management among team members.
• Ensure compliance with agency regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Research current industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and share insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be local candidate prefer.
