Job Description

Field Sales Manager In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our insurance agencies within your designated territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain relationships with existing agencies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and adjust sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of sales or insurance experience.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be local.
