Job Summary:
The Director of Sales Operations manages and improves the sales processes to help the sales team work better and meet their goals.
Responsibilities:
Create and improve sales processes for better efficiency.
Track sales performance and analyze data for insights.
Manage sales tools and CRM systems to support the team.
Work with sales leaders to set targets and allocate resources.
Train the sales team on best practices and tools.
Identify areas for improvement in sales operations.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales operations or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred.
