Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales Excellence leads the sales team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on improving sales processes, strategies, and team skills to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement sales strategies that boost performance.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data for insights.
Train and support the sales team to enhance their skills.
Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales goals.
Identify new market opportunities and trends.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in sales.

Qualifications: 
Extensive experience in sales leadership roles.
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of sales best practices and techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;
MBA preferred.
