Job Description

Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing insurance agents to enhance business growth within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract agents using various methods.
• Facilitate orientation and training sessions to provide agents with essential product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Track agent performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Lead a team of development officers to support recruitment and the growth of agents.
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian life insurance sector.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales and field sales.
