In this pivotal role, you will drive sales strategies, manage a team of financial advisor, and foster strong client relationships to achieve regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- 1-2 year experience in sales positions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
