Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will drive sales strategies, manage a team of financial advisor, and foster strong client relationships to achieve regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
  • 1-2 year experience in sales positions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
