Support the Agency Development Manager in managing and expanding the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and training of new agents.
• Monitor agent performance and provide necessary support.
• Organize agent meetings and training sessions.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the agency channel.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics in India.
