We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales representatives, and executing strategic sales plans for the Nagpur region. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur.
Qualifications And Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the security system integration industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel within the Nagpur region
Roles And Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the Nagpur region
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements
• Stay updated on industry developments and recommend innovative sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition
• Achieve Sales targets.
