Job Description

Job Overview: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Assist clients with their banking needs.
Recommend financial products and services.
Ensure clients have a positive experience with the bank.

Key Responsibilities: 
Meet clients to understand their financial goals.
Offer suitable banking products like savings accounts, loans, and investment plans.
Provide excellent customer service by solving problems and addressing questions.
Manage client accounts and keep them updated.
Identify opportunities to offer additional banking services.
Stay informed about banking trends and products.
Adhere to legal regulations and bank policies.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in sales, banking, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of financial products like loans, savings accounts, and investments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to continuously learn about new banking products and trends.
