Job Description

Overview: 
Grow and expand the bank’s customer base.
Present banking solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.
Ensure excellent service and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Duties: 
Identify and connect with potential clients to offer banking products.
Suggest appropriate financial solutions, such as credit facilities, deposits, and investment products.
Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Meet sales targets and help increase bank revenue.
Follow banking rules and compliance regulations.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in sales or customer relations (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with banking services like loans and deposits.
Ability to achieve goals in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
