Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
• Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation in mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
