Responsibilities

*Recruiting Advisors from own social contact on commission basis.
*Train the advisors on product.
*Motivate the advisors to achieve targets.
*Also sell Life Insurance in natural market.
*Bachelor’s degree holder.
*Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
*Excellent communication and sales skills.
*Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
