Job Description

Overview:

Engage clients at the branch level, assisting them with banking services and cross-selling products to enhance their financial wellbeing.

Principal Duties:

Assist clients in selecting retail banking products, such as savings accounts and credit cards.

Educate clients on banking services, offering personalized product recommendations.

Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and service.

Proactively identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer financial situations.

Ensure that all sales comply with regulatory standards and bank policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience in retail banking or customer service is a plus.

Strong sales acumen and communication skills.

Ability to handle client inquiries and close sales.
