Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a team of insurance agents and advisors
Drive business growth through channel development and sales strategies
Achieve targets for new business acquisition and renewals
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales or channel development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
Experience in agency development is preferred
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
