- Manage agency channel sales performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing revenue-generating strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current agents, and recruit new ones as needed to expand the agency network.
- Oversee agency development initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions about product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues regarding agent licensing, claims processing, and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license
