Roles and Responsibilities:
• Implementing the respective Business Lines strategy and ensuring business development and profitable growth in the local market.
• Fully accountable for the P&L, organization, and sales targets in respect of both budget and sales efficiency.
• Building and managing an effective, capable and high performing sales organization, supporting sales, marketing, tendering, project management and order handling activities.
• Strengthening customer experience by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and developing new potential customers.
• Developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue.
• Ensuring agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales processes, as well as shared platforms and tools.
• Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect employees.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
