Job Description
The assistant sales manager will drive business development and meet sales targets. Key tasks include implementing sales strategies, managing P&L, building a high-performing team, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across various functions.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers and new clients.
- Develop partnerships with channel partners to drive revenue.
- Maintain service levels through efficient operations.
- Organize and direct the team, providing motivation and development.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must be local.
- CTC: ₹2.75 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA + incentives + other benefits.
