Job Description

In addition to fostering business expansion and hitting sales goals, this position entails overseeing the agency channel sales process.

Responsibilities :

•          Create and put into action efficient plans to meet sales goals via the agency channel.
•        Oversee and collaborate with agency partners to guarantee seamless operations and optimize business prospects.
•        Ensuring effective time management for every employee.
•         Respecting the rules, policies, and procedures of the organization and making sure employees follow them.
•    Investigating current market and industry trends and using insights to enhance corporate operations.

Requirements:

•         Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience is necessary.
•         Marketing and Sales for BFSI and Insurance
•         Age range: 24-38 years
•         One graduate as a minimum is necessary.
