Senior Field sales executive

Job Description

To oversee sales activities in the Agency Channel, we are looking for a results-oriented senior field sales professional. In order to meet sales goals, this position primarily focuses on hiring, onboarding, and developing agency partners.

Responsibilities :

·         Locate and acclimate high-caliber agency partners.

·         Provide partners continuing assistance and training.

·         Create and preserve solid alliances.

·         Examine patterns to find business opportunities.

Requirements:

·         The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree.

·         At least two years in sales.

·         A track record of exceeding sales goals.

·         Solid grasp of agency models and life insurance.

·         Strong leadership and communication abilities.
