Job Description

The goal is to boost product sales by building strong relationships with potential customers, converting high-value leads, and focusing on client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To increase product sales, cultivate and fortify ties with potential customers.

·         Convert high-value leads into sales with success.

·         Prioritize client retention in order to promote recurring business.

·         Manage accounts, schedule calls, identify clients, and finalize agreements.

·         Maintain thorough records of all client data, including contacts, phone logs, quotes, and email exchanges, in the CRM.

·         To achieve sales targets, develop and implement strategic business plans.

·         Use social media to effectively market goods and services in order to increase brand recognition and draw in leads.

Requirement

·  Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections.

·  Experience in closing high-value deals.

· Strategies to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

· Organizational skills for managing accounts and schedules.

· 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in insurance.
