Hiring Sales Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a motivated sales executive to join our agency channel team at India’s leading life insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients through our network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new agents to expand the agency network.
• Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales performance.
• Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding individual targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Must be local.
