Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
- Provide administrative support to sales executives.
- Maintain and update client and agent databases.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales support or administration, preferably in insurance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be local.
