Roles And Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business goals and targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
Analyze sales performance and report to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales staff.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance product offerings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all sales activities.
Conditions:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in banking.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
Familiarity with banking products and financial regulations
