Job Description

The life insurance agencies’ channel sales will be supervised and supported by the channel sales manager. Creating sales tactics, keeping an eye on agency performance, and growing the agent network are all part of this job.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Create and carry out an agency channel sales strategy.

·         Find, educate, and assist insurance company agents.

·         Track sales results and implement expansion plans.

·         Establish and preserve connections with important agency partners.

·         Analyze market trends and make necessary adjustments to action plans.

·         Compile sales reports and follow the rules.

Requirements:

·         A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

·         The capacity to function effectively in a goal-oriented setting.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

·         Must be close by.
