Job Description
This role involves managing the agency channel sales process in addition to promoting business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective strategies to reach sales targets through the agency channel.
· Manage and work together with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
· Ensuring each employee manages their time well.
· Respecting and ensuring that staff adhere to the organization’s policies, processes, and rules.
· Examining current market and industry trends and applying the knowledge gained to improve business operations.
Requirements:
· Experience: Two years or more of experience is required.
· Sales & Marketing for Insurance and BFSI
· Range of ages: 24–38
· At the very least, one graduate is required.
