Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to meet/exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent growth
- Build strong client relationships and expand customer base
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
