Job Description

In this role, you will drive sales growth in the agency channel by developing strong relationships, mentoring agents, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agency channel performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor advisor partners to enhance their sales skills.
  • Monitor and support advisors to ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective campaigns.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key advisor partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be local.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
