In this role, you will drive sales growth in the agency channel by developing strong relationships, mentoring agents, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agency channel performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor advisor partners to enhance their sales skills.
- Monitor and support advisors to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective campaigns.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key advisor partners.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
