Urgent requirement 

As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies. If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
