Role Overview:

Recruit and onboard a dynamic sales team from the open market.
Provide hands-on guidance, management, and training to your team.
Drive policy sales and achieve revenue through team efforts.
Identify and capture new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed half-yearly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: A graduate degree is required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, regardless of the industry.
Must own a bike for local commuting.
Candidates should be residents of the local area.
