Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales executive spearhead our insurance sales efforts through the agency channel. If you thrive in a sales environment and excel at motivating teams, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and cultivate a strong team of sales agents from the open market.
Provide continuous training, support, and encouragement to help agents achieve their sales targets.
Monitor agent performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance their sales skills and achieve policy sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Create a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A graduate degree is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience (any field).
Transportation: Must own a bike for local travel.
Local Candidates: Preference for local residents who are familiar with the market.
