Job Description

Job Summary:

Help customers with their banking needs while promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with opening accounts, loans, and other banking services.

Promote and sell bank products like credit cards, savings accounts, and loans.

Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Answer questions and provide financial advice.

Meet sales targets and report on sales activities.

Skills Needed:

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of banking products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree).
