As a Sales Executive – Team Leader, you will provide personalized banking services to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs while promoting the bank’s products and services.

• Recruitment and management of Agents – Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review agent’s performance.
• Help them achieve maximum business.
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
• Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestion, Lead Generation, and Advice.
• Position of Team Leader.

Skills Needed:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and client interactions efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in banking or customer service, preferably in a sales-oriented role.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Series 7) are a plus.

Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
