Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services tailored to client needs.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking services and support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or sales; strong understanding of banking products; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and proficiency in CRM software.
