Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
· Provide administrative support to sales executives.
· Maintain and update client and agent databases.
· Prepare sales materials and presentations.
· Collaborate with the sales team to track performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience in sales support or administration, preferably in insurance.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Must be local.
