Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and performance within a specific agency territory. This role involves assisting with team management, sales planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team.
- Assist with training and development of agency managers and agents.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years Experience in sales and marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
