Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced B2B environment, focusing on closing channel sales deals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
• Source new sales opportunities through internal lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
• Drive consistent high-value transactions with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, empowering buyers throughout the sales process.
• Analyze competitive landscapes, perform user segmentation, and develop a deep understanding of the market.
• Use data and insights to shape sales narratives, refine priorities, and communicate clearly across teams.
• Work with the team to build pipeline and close deals in rapid sales cycle.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
