Job Description

Responsibilities:

• In a fast-paced business-to-business setting, create and implement sales strategies with an emphasis on closing channel sales deals in order to reach revenue targets.

• To guarantee alignment with business goals and sales targets, lead, coach, and oversee the sales team.

• Using cold calling and internal lead follow-up, find new sales prospects.

• Focus on exceeding sales quotas while driving steady, high-value transactions.

• Throughout the sales process, empower buyers by cultivating and preserving strong relationships with clients.

• Develop a thorough grasp of the market, segment users, and analyze competitive environments.

• Make use of data and insights to improve priorities, develop sales narratives, and facilitate effective team communication.

• In a quick sales cycle, collaborate with the team to develop pipelines and close deals.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
