Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives within a designated sales unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

3. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

4. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Team Development: Coach, train, and develop sales team members.

6. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance.

7. Territory Management: Manage sales territory to maximize sales potential.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of core sales or business development or marketing experience.

2. Proven sales track record.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing, or sales related field.
