The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for driving the success of our agency channel by managing a team of agents, formulating effective sales strategies, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate insurance advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new advisors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and effectively address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong skills in sales, team management, and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian insurance market and its regulations.
