The Area Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth and managing performance within a specific geographic area. This role includes recruiting and training agents, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and support sales agents.
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate agent performance.

- Maintain and nurture key client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and relevant regulations.
