Job Description

Encourage expansion in the life insurance agency channel by hiring, educating, and supervising partners. Seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in the field and a successful track record in sales and agency development.

Responsibilities

·         Among the duties are finding and integrating new agency partners.

·         Offer continual assistance, coaching, and training to maximize partner performance.

·         Create and manage performance indicators for agency partners.

·          Create and put into action sales strategies that support company objectives.

·         Build trusting bonds with collaborators and make sure rules are followed.

Requirements

·         The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree.

·         Exhibited proficiency in negotiation, communication, and leadership.

·          Must be a local resident;

·          Have one to two years of sales and marketing experience.
