Agency Sales Executive

Job Description

Driving sales through our agency partners will be your primary responsibility as an Agency Sales Executive. As you promote our insurance products and help agents reach their sales goals, you will establish and preserve a solid rapport with them.

Responsibilities

• Locate and enlist possible agency partners.

• Educate and assist agents with sales strategies and product expertise.

• To optimize agency performance, create and implement sales strategies.

• Track and examine sales information to find patterns and openings.

· Offer outstanding assistance and customer service to agency partners.

Requirements 

• A bachelor’s degree

• One to two years of sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Local candidates are preferred.
