To improve performance within our insurance team, we are seeking a Sales Manager. Strong sales experience, leadership abilities, and a dedication to client satisfaction are characteristics of the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a group of insurance agents in order to meet sales goals.

• Create and put into action sales strategy to propel company expansion.

• To improve team performance, offer continuing assistance and training.

• Examine market trends and sales data to find areas that could use improvement.

• Establish and preserve solid bonds with partners and clients.

Requirements 

• A bachelor’s degree

• At least three years of marketing and sales experience.

• The minimum age range is 21 to 38 years old.

• It is preferable to reside locally.
