Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with high-net-worth customers, both current and prospective.
• Hold frequent client meetings to learn about their financial objectives and offer tailored solutions.
• Examine the financial portfolios of clients and provide suitable banking and investment options.
• Keep abreast of economic and market developments to provide well-informed advise.
• Increase consumer awareness of new goods and services and determine what they need in order to take advantage of business referral opportunities.
• Working together with other team members and support departments to offer customers goods and services
• Look for chances to upsell and cross-sell banking services and products.
• Through proactive client interaction, meet the bank’s sales targets.
• Provide a smooth banking experience by working together with internal teams.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
