Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with high-net-worth clientele, both current and prospective.
• Hold frequent meetings with clients to learn about their financial objectives and offer tailored solutions.
• Examine the financial portfolios of clients and provide suitable investment and banking options.
• Keep abreast of economic and market developments to provide well-informed counsel.
To take advantage of business referral opportunities, raise awareness of new goods and services and determine client needs.
• Working together with other team members and support departments to offer clients goods and services.
• Find ways to upsell and cross-sell banking services and products.
• Through proactive client interaction, meet the bank’s sales goals.
• Work together with internal teams to provide a smooth banking experience.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
