Direct Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Direct Sales Executive, you will drive new business by generating leads, meeting customers face-to-face, explaining insurance products, and closing sales to achieve personal and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and prospect leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report progress.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in direct sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours as required.
